Pet Care Alliance is software for pet-care businesses to schedule visits, message clients, invoice and run payroll. You get an account for your business (the "Account") and can invite your team and your clients.
You must give accurate information and keep your password and two-factor codes secret. You are responsible for what happens under your Account, including actions of staff you invite. Tell us promptly at info@petcarealliance.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You own the data you put into Pet Care Alliance, including your clients' and their pets' details. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to enter it and for telling your own clients how you use it. You can export your data at any time from Integrations, then Backup.
No unlawful use, no attempts to break or probe the service or other customers' data, no sending spam through the messaging features, no uploading malware or content you have no right to share.
Fees, if any, are listed at [PRICING URL]. Card payments are processed by Stripe; text messages by Twilio; accounting sync by Intuit QuickBooks. Their terms apply to those features.
The owner can close the Account at any time. Data is kept for 30 days so you can change your mind, then permanently deleted. We may suspend an Account that breaks these terms.
